Refund policy

Note (Pre-orders): You can only cancel your pre-order before the pre-order has closed. Once the pre-order page is closed, you can no longer cancel.

Note (Premades): You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.

No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to review all sizing and product information carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to disputes.
