Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Orders take 1–3 business days to process. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your package is returned to us, you will be required to pay for reshipment.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages:
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Packages delivered to the wrong address by the carrier
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to locate or file a claim for your package.
Delivery Time Estimates:
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping.
International Orders (If applicable):
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes. We do not reimburse these charges.
Returned-to-Sender Packages:
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed will require an additional shipping fee to reship.
Refunds are not issued for returned-to-sender packages.
Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on the product page. All items in the same order ship together unless otherwise stated.
